Indigenous Functional Literacy Program (PLFOA)

HULU SELANGOR, 20 July 2022 – A total of 25 participants took part in the Orang Asli Functional Literacy Program (PLFOA) held at Tabika Kemas Orang Asli Kampung Gerachi Jaya which started on 20 July 2022.

The Indigenous Functional Literacy Program (PLFOA) is a program to eradicate the problem of illiteracy that aims to increase the level of literacy in rural and rural areas through 3M (Reading, Writing, and Counting) towards improving the quality of life of the community. This program targets Adults, Youth – Beliawanis, Teenagers who have dropped out of Formal Education.

The participants involved will attend a nine (9) week learning session conducted by Tabika Community Developers as instructors.
